DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY:
PICK UP IN STORE
We allow you to pick up your items at our store within 7 days purchase, after this period you will be charged a storage fee.

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is an extra charge depending on the order size and the destination. You will  be provided with delivery cost on checkout when ordering online. We use a third party Carrier distance calculator App (Zapiet) to determine cpsting of delivery based on prices set by distance,  if requested a quote through our form, we will send you a quotation accordingly

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver various areas in South Africa, there may occasionally be a remote or high-risk area that may not be serviced by our couriers, but in these isolated cases, we will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements before the order is dispatched. Please add your zip code of area based to see if your area qualifies for delivery. 
 
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually dispatched on the first business day after payment has cleared. Thereafter, it takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery to occur. The exact time frame will depend on factors such as the exact location of delivery and size of the order. Deliveries occur on weekdays between 9am & 4pm (public holidays excluded) and on Saturdays between 9am & 3pm.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
Fence Tech uses a notification, communication & tracking application for keep customers informed at all times. The customer is notified once booking is scheduled, when in transit and when the driver has arrived at your door.
