Should you require more information about products please contact us or visit the store to view the item before purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase you may contact us and request a refund, please note that the delivery fee is non refundable as this is a service charge. If you require recollection of products for the refund process an additional collection fee will be charged.
We do not keep stock aside without full payment. No lay-bys or "cash on delivery".
We expect to have the items in stock, should an inconsistency in stock occur and you have purchased an item that is out of stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours with options for a replacement or a full refund.
